Shipping Policy:  Shipping charges are value-based rates. We ship all in-stock items immediately after receiving your order. All the printed items (T-shirts, Hoodie, long Sleeve t-shirts and personalized items )will have a 2-3 days Printing/Handling time.
 However, you should allow up to 3-5 business days to receive your order. For items that are on back-order, please allow extra time.

How do I place an order?
It’s easy. First click on the product image or product name to view the item details. Should you decide to purchase this item, add it to your order by simply clicking the “Add to Cart” button. You will be taken to your personal shopping cart where this item has now been added. You may continue to shop or you may begin your checkout. To checkout you will be asked for billing, shipping and payment information. Once this information is complete, just click “Place Order” button to complete your order. A confirmation page will display your completed order and you will receive a confirmation via email as well.

Will the item I order look exactly like the picture?
In most instances, yes. However, there may be slight variations in some products including color and detail. Even so, we make every effort to make sure that the product shown is what you will receive. We strongly suggest to purchase samples before you buying.

Can I request that an item be sent to someone as a gift?
Certainly!  On the last page of the checkout process, you will find a text box for "Special Instructions".  In this text box, just let us know that the item is being sent as a gift.  You can also let us know of any special message that you would like to send along with the item (this will be printed on a 3"x3" cardstock gift tag).  As a result, invoices or any material that shows pricing will not be sent with the gift.  The invoice and any promotional material will be sent separately to the billing address.  Be sure to view our suggestions for a unique gift idea!

 


Payment & Shipping

What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express  .You can also send us a check or money order. Please allow 10 days for the check to get cleared.

 

What is the 3-digit security code and why do you ask for it (during checkout)?
The security code is the last three digits of the code printed on the back of your credit card.  This is an added security feature to help prevent fraud.  We ask for this to make your online shopping experience as safe as possible.

 

When is my credit card charged for my order?
Your credit card will be charged after your order is placed.

 

Can I order by phone?

Will I be charged sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax for shipments to NY state only. If your shipping address is outside the State of New York you will not be charged a sales tax. For NY shipments, the current sales tax rate is 8.00% which is added automatically to the merchandise total.

 

How do I pay with a Gift certificate?
Simply place your items in the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. After completing the shipping information, enter your gift certificate code in the field provided.

 

How do I know if I placed my order successfully?
After completing your checkout process, a confirmation page will display your completed order and you will receive a confirmation via email as well.

 

What are my shipping options?
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or recognized Holidays. Our Standard shipping is first class or priority mail 3-5 business days with USPS or UPS. For Express delivery place the order before 12 AM, East Coast time. For some locations USPS or UPS don't guarantee the next day delivery, will be the second day delivery. For Express delivery on Monday, place the order Friday morning. Please make sure that your address is correct and  complete. Please put in the special instruction box the time when you would like the shipment to arrive. The company will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages, damage to the product during delivery, or USPS or UPS delays.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The shipping to Canada and Mexico will take between 7-21 days. We are not responsible for the custom delays.

 

How will my shipping charges be calculated?
Shipping charges are real-time rates . We ship all in-stock items immediately after receiving your order.  When you add a product in your shipping cart, you will see the estimated shipping cost by the shopping cart

 

 How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a link to track your order.  By following this link, you can see what method of shipment was used and where your package is located.

 

How can I track my shipment?
If UPS or FedEx is used to ship your order, an email will be sent with a tracking number and a link to track your package.  This tracking number can also be entered manually at one of the following web addresses:

If the US Postal Service is used, you will receive a delivery cofirmation number which can be used to confirm the delivery of your shipment.

Return Policy

 

What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a no-hassle refund or replacement (Shipping charges are not refundable). Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.. Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition ,with a delivery confirmation, within 7 days after receiving your order.

 

Return authorization is required for any returned merchandise.

 

Please call in 7 days for a return Autorization Number . You will need to write this number on the return label located on the front of the packing slip.

 

If your merchandise arrived damaged, call the carrier that delivered your package within 24 hours of receipt before contacting us

 

If you want to exchange them , send to us the merchandises, with a $5 check (make the check payable to 1 Hour Tees Inc.)  to cover partial the S&H ,and a note  with what color would you like to exchange with. Don't forget to add a delivery confirmation on the package.

 

Orders that are cancelled before shipping are subject to a 10% processing charge.

When will I be credited for my return?
We credit your account as soon as we process your return and receive the merchandise. Check with your bank or credit card institution to see when they will credit your account. Allow at least 7 business days for the return to be posted in your bank.

If you find a lower price on an identical branded item with the same features currently available for sale at another online retail store, we will match that price plus give you 10% of the difference. Just tell your sales associate at the time of your purchase.
